The goal of naturopathic medicine is to determine the root cause of disease and customize individualized treatments to create lasting results. Naturopathic medicine combines traditional remedies with modern treatments, supported by up-to-date research studies.
At Gardiner Naturopathic Wellness Centre we look at the individual in front of us holistically. Current symptoms are taken into consideration, as well as each patient’s foundations of health - including sleep, mood, stress levels, nutrition status, and mental/emotional well-being. We understand that everything in the body is interconnected and thus, to get lasting results, we must treat the whole person.

Individualized care
Dr. Gardiner, ND takes a holistic approach to assessing and treating her patients. An investigatation of each patient’s health history is always combined with an assessment of their stress level, mental and emotional state, energy level, sleep quality and diet. Dr. Gardiner, ND believes in testing - not guessing - and thus almost always recommends lab tests for patients to obtain a clear picture of their physiology. Comparing lab results with current symptoms and health history is an incredible tool for guiding individualized care.

Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Online or in-person. An Initial Consultation is booked for 60 minutes and includes a discussion of your full health history and previous relevant lab testing.

Online or in-person. This follow up appointment is for patients who may have multiple health concerns to discuss, those who need extra time to review lab test results, or those who have not been in to see Dr. Gardiner recently, and thus may require a new intake form to cover new concerns.
